Bahan: 3 buah Sosis Sapi Saus BBQ: 120 g Saus Cabai 400 g Saus Tomat 48 g Saus L&P 33 g Mustard pasta 10 g Bawang putih 50 g Minyak salad 100 ml Madu
Cara membuat:
Campur semua Bahan Saus BBQ jadi satu.
Masukkan sosis sapi, biarkan terendam selama beberapa saat.
Panggang sosis berbumbu dalam oven panas 160 C selama beberapa saat. Angkat.
Atau bisa dipakai cari lain. Panaskan dalam wajan di atas api sedang.
Masak sosis sambil olesi bumbu hingga rata dan warnanya jadi kecokelatan. Angkat.
Sajikan sosis salam keadaan hangat.
