Jakarta - Puding roti panas ini enak dimakan hangat. Yang klasik ini memakai apel, kismis dan kayu manis. Jadi selain manis juga harum wangi aromanya.

Bahan:
1/2 buah roti Perancis, iris serong tipis
3 butir telur ayam
300 ml susu segar
100 ml krim segar
75 g gula pasir
½ sdt vanili bubuk
½ sdt kayu manis bubuk
½ sdt pala bubuk
2 sdm kismis
200 g apel, potong kecil
1 sdm mentega, potong-potong

Cara membuat:

  • Siapkan loyang tahan panas, semir mentega.
  • Kocok dan aduk jadi satu; telur, susu, krim, vanili, kayumanis dan pala hingga rata.
  • Susun irisan roti di dadar loyang.
  • Taburi kismis dan potongan apel.
  • Lakukan melapis sekali lagi.
  • Tuangkan campuran telur dan susu.
  • Beri potongan mentega.
  • Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C selama 45 menit hingga kecokelatan dan beku.
  • Angkat dan sajikan hangat.
